You will:
-Demonstrate to guests your commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment
-Demonstrate to staff that you value their safety, comfort, and respect in the workplace
-Provide your staff with a whole range of strategies to use in addressing unwanted sexual aggression

Training fees vary depending on the length of training and the size of the business. Please get in touch with us to discuss training costs.

Training for individual establishments is typically 2.5 hours long.

Training can be in person or online and is not recorded to maintain a safe and confidential learning environment. Our virtual trainings are live via Zoom and highly interactive. Training is available in English, and we can accommodate Spanish and other languages and ASL needs with advanced notice and additional fees.

We want to know about your place and the people who work there so that each training is tailored to the unique culture and operation of the establishment and its people. Training is survivor-centered, trauma-informed, evidence-based, experiential, and participatory.

We have a team of 16 amazing trainers all over the country, all current or veteran hospitality professionals. They have extensive experience as servers, bar managers, brewers, and cocktail professionals. Each training has 2 trainers.
